Amazing! I was very skeptical but this worked for me from day one! I have only been using it fir a week. Haven't moved / adjusted the two plates from the default position but don't think it is necessary.
Took a night or two to get used to and my jaw feels a bit stiff for about an hour after waking up. But so much worth it.

My mouthguard wasn’t so comfortable at first and tried remoulding but that failed too. I had given up and didn’t realise I could just easily get a refund if I didn’t like it.
I spoke with their team and I was offered a replacement to try again. With there help, to my delight I was able to use it better so I could stop snoring. It did still feel bulky to sleep with at first, but in time it did get better.
They definitely believe in there product and will help you if you need help. Give it a try.

Had to troubleshoot device. So l called customer service, They were very helpfull and explained why it didn't suit me personally. Within the hour l received a full refund. 5☆☆☆☆☆ service and they back up there refund policy.

I've known that I snore for a long time, but being on my own didn't really matter so I did nothing.
Then my new partner told me how I sound like a chainsaw, and I'd wake through the night and find myself in bed alone. So I wanted to change this, and to also get a better night sleep would be a bonus.
Did some google research, as we do, and found the Snore MD and was great to see its Australian designed and made, you beauty!!
The first night I wore it, it made a difference but still had a bit of snoring. Over about a week, I moved the lower section forward and it wasn't that comfortable, so did a remould. I couldn't get the fit right and tried again but still wasn't right or comfotable anymore.
Contacted the SnoreMD team, they looked at the photos and I'd over cooked it, so offered a replacement. The care factor is super and they are quick with advice as to how to help me get it right. I'm about to remould it again and fingers crossed it is all sorted. Best customer service and a great product made here.
Spend the money and you won't look back!!

Wishing that I found out about these products a long time ago. My husband would definitely feel the same way that’s for sure having to put up with me.
The nose strips did work to a degree, but not as effectively as this. The apprehension for me at the beginning was how do I sleep with this in my mouth, but I assure you after a few weeks, it’s feels completely normal to sleep with it.

Honestly, if it wasn't for Snore MD which completely stopping my partner's horrendous snoring, we wouldn't have stayed together. I hardly slept for the first 3 months of our relationship. 3 years later, we're still together and my partner doesn't snore at all, when wearing the Snore MD. I do 100% recommend trying this product, it's literally a relationship saver! Plus it doesn't just improve the snorer's health, it improves the quality of life for both them and the person who sleeps next to them... or doesn't because of the snoring, which Snore MD stopped at our house! When it’s too good to be true it normally is. A mate had told me he bought this and stopped snoring pretty much instantly. I ordered mine online and it promptly turned up in 2 days, and on that night I also stopped snoring!!! It really was that simple that I couldn’t believe it. The first couple of nights definitely took some getting used to, which I have read from other people’s reviews, but it’s totally worth it.

Long time user and figured it was about time to provide credit where credit is due. I’ve been able to sleep in the same bed with my wife since using SnoreMD, so no longer kicked to the couch. I get a repeat buyer discount each time I buy so big props to that as well.

Was a little nervous spending $170 as I had previously used a nose piece device (still paid $60 for it) which did absolutely nothing. I did read a ton of positive reviews and my kids have repeatedly told me I snore like a volcano. Over the past 18 months I'd noticed myself still waking up tired so I decided to take a leap of faith and buy a snore MD.First day I carefully followed the initial moulding instructions then set about wearing it for a couple of hours. Bloody uncomfortable, won't lie. Jaw and teeth both hurt after a while. The instructions say to wear it for a few hours for 3-5 days before sleeping the night but I'm not very patient so decided so sleep with it right away.Straight out of the blocks the results were amazing. I tracked my sleep using an iOS app (don't have a wearable so had to use whatever my iPhone's capable of) and it picked up that I had only snored for less than a minute out of nearly 8 hours total sleep. I woke up on my own accord and was wide awake, not having to rely on an alarm. Kids came racing into my room saying Dad Dad!! It really works!! We checked on you once you fell asleep and all we could hear was some heavy breathing.I've now been wearing it for 3 days every night and it's become far more comfortable. I really think this could be a game changer for my sleep hygiene and overall health. I'm finally waking up energised.

I purchased a pair from the pharmacy and tried it, but the moulding process didn’t seem perfect. I reached out to the SnoreMD team, and they kindly sent me a free replacement with additional instructions. I followed the steps, but it still didn’t work for me, possibly due to the shape of my teeth. Fortunately, the SnoreMD team provided me with a full refund.

I have been using SnoreMD for many years now. It works well without too much fuss and the wife has not kicked me out of bed so that is a positive.

Great product. I did a fair bit of research on guards and felt snoremd ticked the boxes. It had definitely reduced snoring to almost non existent and I tend to get a more refreshed sleep too.

Works really well. I had to remould it a couple of times to get the perfect fit, but it's not hard to get used to wearing. You do have to sanitise it or it gets smelly - I use Polident Retainer & Mouthguard to soak it for a few minutes daily, and brush it sometimes, then leave it in clean water. Some of the blue pieces have broken, but I can't find the receipt - it still seems fine though.

Life changing. I tried 3 different ones before this, including a custom one made by a dentist and cost more than $1000. It was too hard and gave me ulcers. The next one I tried was too soft and just fell out. Snore MD is so much more comfortable. I’m waking up refreshed. Really grateful to have found this product.

Wow, the snoreMD has exceeded my expectations. I am currently just on the factory setting and my snoring has significantly reduced. I did two recordings one with the snoreMD and one without. You can certainly tell which is which. I did noticed i took out the snoreMD in my sleep which you can see in the results. This was just my first night using the device i feel as though this will improve over time and i will get use to having it in my mouth.

The SnoreMD device has been brilliant for my sleep, I didn’t realise how bad it was, now I can breathe and I feel rested. The service has been exceptional too, I needed a replacement and it was on my door within days at no extra cost.

I recently bought the SnoreMD mouthguard to try as a solution to my snoring and possible replacement for my CPAP machine. Unfortunately it didn’t work for me due to my overbite; however, it is a wonderful product and other people have had great success using it.The outstanding customer service was a real highlight. Many companies claim to have a knowledgeable, friendly, responsive customer focus but fail to deliver - SnoreMD were the epitome of what makes customer service great. They (particularly Gayle) were very patient, had a lot of useful suggestions for me to try with regard to the mouthpiece and were happy to refund the full cost when I still couldn’t get the mouthguard to work for me.I highly recommend SnoreMD and encourage everyone to give them a try.

After reading about the massive health benefits of regular quality sleep, a few years ago I decided to sleep in the spare room. What a relief! Then I started freaking out about our first overseas holiday and how was I going to cope with the snoring?? Well, guess what? The device unfortunately was not a good fit for me as I have a very deep bite. The customer service I received was 2nd to none, as not only did they have suggestions to help me try the device differently but were happy to refund in full without any issues. Communication was easy and prompt, what a lovely team.

My husband purchased one of these but unfortunately his issue needs more than a mouth guard. However, the customer Service team are OUSTANDING! I rated APAC Health & Medical Customer Care 5 stars because of their service. Their mouth guard was not for me. Having said that Gayle who works in the customer care area was proactive in helping me. So much so that I had complete confidence that the business she represented had empowered her to make decisions and support me to make a choice that was right for me. This included extra time to continue to trial the product, all the while reassuring me that I would receive a refund if I finally decided the product was not right. This is really important. This works ! I was really struggling to get a decent night's sleep and my snoring was keeping my wife awake. I knew it would take a bit to get used too, but literally the first night I wore it, my wife didn't have to move to the lounge. As the days went on, my sleep improved and I really got used to wearing it. I wish I had found this year's ago.

Snoring was fixed pretty much overnight. Wife and I are finally able to share a bed for a full night, with out me haveing to go in the other room because of my snoring, for the first time in years.have to buy a second one to make sure I have a spare

After enduring a CPAP machine for months and costing 10 times the cost of my SnoreMD, I am completely snore/sleep apnea free! This device changed my sleep on the first night without breathing tube, head harness, facemask seal, topping up water reservoir, etc. This simple to use device gives me the best nights sleep I've had in years. Highly recommended instead of expensive alternatives.

I love my Snore MD, my partner loves it even more reminding me to use it each night. Unfortunately our dog wanted to try it as well. The reviews are right, it takes a solid couple of weeks then becomes much more comfortable! According to my snoring partner. He does still sometimes snore but so much less!, and is still only on about setting 2-3 so he's going to move it another setting up. I'm still struggling to adjust to the bulk/fit of mine, tbh, but I'm a grinder not a snorer, so it's not so urgent.
