This totally works. The people I live with always know when I am not wearing it cos those are the only nights that they hear my jack-hammer snoring. Fairly simple to fit. There is some getting used to it, for 2-3 days. My advice is pop it in last thing before bed.
Also my dog ate the previous one, so use the box provided!

Amazing product, i was snoring very loud that my wife complained and could not get any sleep, so i looked around for a solution and found this life changing product. At first when i wake up my head would be cloudy, i couldn’t focus even while driving and always struggled to get up in the morning. Having tried about ever going including other oral devices I was very skeptical , but in view of their 30 day return police, decided to give it a go. I ruined the first one during the moulding process, and they replaced it free of charge. I got the second one done correctly,, and after just two night I felt better in the morning than I had for years. It took about two weeks to really get used to wearing it all night but the difference to my daytime fatigue is remarkable. I’m no longer sleeping during the day, and my energy levels are so much better. Just get one, follow the instructions properly, and take the time to get used to it. I was recommended a non-adjustable snore mouth guard in 2013 by a sleep doctor. Returned to the same doctor 2025 and he recommended the same product. Snoring with mild sleep apnea. Not enough to go down the CPAP path. Attempted to use these mouth guards on and off, cut and fashioned to make it comfortable and have it work with no success. Could not swallow excessive saliva that was produced, and woke up drooling with a wet pillow along with sore teeth. Could not do a whole night.
Internet search and the SnoreMD seemed the better of many. Saw it at a chemist, and while sceptical due to my above experience I decided to buy. $160au pretty pricey for a universal off the shelf guard, but had a 30
day money back guarantee. Cheap though compared to a dentist made one.
Was a little excited with the unboxing. Went through the molding process, damn uncomfortable as my bite / jaw could not stretch comfortably. Once molded, I set to 0 from the recommended 3. Front teeth lined up and I was a little more comfortable.
Used if for two weeks now with success. The profile fits better – no sore teeth, can breath comfortably in all positions, no excessive drool. As SnoreMD does reposition your jaw, i.e. moves it forward to a flush / under bite position, I do experience a time lag in my jaw returning to a normal bite, however I think this is a small issue for me. I have now moved to position 1 / 10.
So, does it work? Yes.
Do I still snore? Yes, but with a marked difference. It does not help all structural issues.
Do I still stop breathing while sleeping? No. I feel that my airways are open in all positions.
Do I wake up refreshed now due to increased air flow? Maybe slightly, but I’m a shift worker; I’m always tired. A 9 – 5 worker may see better sleep results.
Is it comfortable to wear? Yes. Once in I can wear it all night with no issues.
Is it worth the price? Subjective. I paid $70 for a pack of 2 snore guards and they did not work for me. So ultimately 3 – 4 x the price of many others. But it worked for me!
Would I recommend the product? Yes. Compared to the non-adjustable guard the SnoreMD is miles ahead. Easily adjustable to your liking. More slim lined which helps reduce saliva. Pulls apart for ease of cleaning.

I was a bit sceptical at first but suffered from lack of sleep. I’m a very light sleeper and would wake myself up by snoring or choking. I did not want to go through all that sleep trial hassle, so I gave SnoreMD® a go. On the first night, it was a bit uncomfortable but worked immediately! I really felt I needed to leave a review as i was very sceptical initially myself.
Firstly after using this product for.nearly 3months I have found it really works My wife has told me my snoring has stopped and I am feeling much fresher in the mornings.
Initially the device was a little uncomfortable and I woke up with my teeth a little sore but that passed quickly.
I was having trouble with the device slipping out of my mouth at night. I liased with the friendly support staff over 3 or 4 occasions until we sorted that problem out with adjustments/ remoulding.
The only downside I could give would be that you wake in the morning with a dry mouth. I can live with that, as the positives far outweigh the negatives.

I’ve been using SnoreMD for about 2.5 weeks now and I’m happy, and relieved to say, that it has resolved my snoring.
I use the Samsung Galaxy Watch for sleep tracking and in the first night I went from 1.25hrs snoring to ZERO snoring detected!

I couldn’t afford to buy a fully customised more expensive version of this, so trialled the SnoreMD to see if it would work for me.
Unfortunately the mouthpiece really felt way to large for my mouth (I’m a small human), causing a lot of discomfort in my jaw and forcing my mouth open so it would dry out. Definitely not for me, even though I really wanted it to be and persevered for a few weeks.

This product seemed to be at a few of my local chemists so I took it as a sign when my new partner said I needed to do something about how bad my snoring is.
